Administration Executive
• Will be responsible for General Administration, Security, Housekeeping, Inventory, Office Administration • Liaison with utility providers like Telephone and electric companies, landlord, • Liaison with Police department, BMC etc. as required • Management of Outsourced Vendors like House Keeping & Security Services, Travel arrangements and Hotel Reservations. • Library management. • Ensures 100% facility uptime including electricity, water, security, lighting • Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of organization.
