Combining corporate experience with academic advancement. It provides mentorship, training, and job opportunities, ensuring that program participants have a strong foundation for success in both academia and the corporate world.
Program Eligibility
Average of 10th + 12th
70% marks and above
Graduate/ Post Graduate candidates with a degree in Economics, Statistics or Finance
Graduation 60% marks and above aggregate
Program Features
An internship program for the first 6 months
Candidates who successfully complete the internship, transition to full-time roles at DPA
Next 1.5 years of intensive trainings across all departments at DPA coupled with on-the-job responsibilities
Graduate candidates, who are top performers, are eligible for post graduate program sponsorship
Promotion to higher roles in the organization upon successful completion of post-graduation program
